Young people should be able to be involved with what they are told mental health and asked what they want for mental health. The conversation should continue. It's going to effect young people the most and they are going to know what's needed put in place.

MH:2K has allowed young people to voice their opinions and given people the opportunity to openly talk about mental health. It has also raised awareness of the topics we've talked about. Your mental health when you're young can effect your for the rets of your life so it's important to be aware of it and know when and where to get help. Through my involvement with MH:2K I've gained new friendships and learned about new opportunities. I would love to be able to see a change in the awareness of mental health in schools and amongst young people.
