Citizens' Assemblies should be run in the future, they promote discussion, can change opinion, often for the better, and give everyone to the opportunity to be educated and enlightened. The participating members can pass knowledge on to friends and family thus widening the enlightenment.
I found the Assembly very interesting and rewarding but also very furstrating when it became evident just how much social care provision has deterioriated.
I think that the parliamentary committees should take our recommendations with the seriousness with which they were discussed and decided and seriously consider them to be used as part of the way to fund and improve social care.
